Luke Elijah

Luke loves to color and is quite good, great in fact. He has wonderful fine motor skills. He also has the great trait of "sticking to a task till it sticks to you." He loves to sing and learn new songs. He knows all the words to I love to see the temple, I am a child of God, and all the scripture scout songs from the Book of Mormon and New Testament. He is really quite an amazing little boy. You can tell that his elevator goes to the top floor- for sure!

He is a great helper and has a cheery personality. He loves to play legos with his brothers. There are just so very many things about Luke that keep us all laughing. Also, he is also very positive- and often says "no biggie" or "oh fine!"

He still is my little velcro boy. Meaning he HAS to sleep right next to me- and the other night at 3 when he tried to sneak back in bed with me, I told him to go get back in his bed. He then went out in the hall- made himself a little blanket bed and then was crying and saying "no one in this family likes me, eeeeeeee" because he is super sensitive because he is 3.  "EEEEEEEE is how he crieeeeees."

Luke: "I can't clean up because my arms are tired...eeeeeee"
Us- "knock it off Luke"
Luke: "oh fine!"

He loves to draw mustaches on his upper lip. Loves to go get a sprinkle donught from shipleys, and loves to go to  the park and the old town spring toy store. He loves art projects- and especially loves to cut out things with his scissors.

We love our little Luke who will soon be a big brother in about a week- and I know he will be a great one because he takes such careful care of owen and is very loving and LOVES to CUDDLE. He is our favorite little blonde haired Smith BOY! Luke, what is not to love about you?
