This Saturday we took a little road trip to RUSK, Texas. You might ask, well what in the world is in RUSK Texas? Why, Thomas the Tank Engine of Course!

We watched Thomas the train movies in the car all the way up

The boys rode the train

jumped in the bounce house

slid down the slide

played with the train tables

got Rosie & Harold tattoos

ate funnel cakes and corn dogs

walked around the lake

wore their conductors hat

went on a hay ride

pet miniature horses

 sang train songs and heard wonderful stories

danced

clapped their hands

smiled

and acted like children

IT WAS A BLAST!

Then when it was all over, we went to dinner with our neighbors, the Landsmans and their little boy Josh.

We had a grand day out!

The quote of the day was when Isaac said " Mom, I think Sodor is even MORE BEAUTIFUL than TEXAS." I just agreed with him.
