Isaac had a sleepover with Luca (his best friend)

All the Boys!

Dad & Luke
The Smiths & the Andersen's took a trip to the Woodlands Children's Museum- I highly reccomend.

Luke playing kitchen in the mini house

Penn & Luke loved climbing on the mini jungle gym. Penn even got a sparkly black spider painted on his arm- where he could see it:)

On the 10th I celebrated my real 29th birthday, I had a great day of opening presents, mail & the next day I got to have dinner with all of my friends at the cheesecake factory. Later Bryan & I celebrated downtown near Rice Village area by going to Kubo's for lunch. The sushi & miso soup was amazing (thanks Emily) we stopped by the Chocolate Bar and had the most amazing chocolate truffle (cake) I have ever eaten. It seems like my birthday lasted for 2 whole weeks because we were always doing something fun this month. Parties, dinners, get togethers, & lunches:)

Then we all decide to go to the beach. About 45 minutes into our trip, it started pouring- I did check the weather and it did say that it was supposed to be 81 and sunny- well about a minute after we set out all of our gear out on the beach- a huge monsoon got us all soaking wet- we dashed into the van with our muddy & wet beach clothes. After the storm passed we decided to stay for a couple more hours. Overall the kids had so much fun together even though it was a little overcast with warm rain showers.

Luke grows his first sand beard- Impressive, Luke

Penn was running down to the water and back just about the whole time- he fell right asleep as soon as we jumped in the car:)

Building sand castles & digging for seashells

We went with the Andersen's & their two cute little girls Nya (7) & Keira (2)

Luke was good natured the whole time he didn't even cry when he was getting rained on -all that white hair must just be a little halo:)

Happy late birthday! Looks like you had a fun time with lots of delicious food. Your boys are so cute! I love Luke's fluffy white hair! All 3 of your boys seem like they need halos; they just look like they're super sweet and well behaved. That's probably because you're awesome!
