How fun! Those hand grinders are for coarse flour. It's better for making regular pancakes or bread. You can run it through a few times and tighten more each time to get a finer flour. German pancakes would not work well with hand ground flour :)It is so fun for kids to grind wheat! We miss y'all so much!
