ROAD TRIP

Bryan is working A LOT,  so we left him to his work for 2.5 days for San Antonio. We stayed
with our friends the Guajardos. They were very good to us. The boys played outside, ran free,
rode the 4 wheeler, swam & cliff jumped at Medina lake, and played in the cabin. Here are a few pictures of our time there. On the way home we stopped at Texas Mini Homes and BuCees to get some buffalo jerkey. On the way there I stopped to let the boys pee on the side of the road. while getting them back in the van  I stepped on a rusty wire and had to get a tetnis shot at the mediclinic. True story, I first, had to pull the wire out of my foot, then out of my flip flop. It was bloody &  miserable.
Other than that, our road trip was a blast!
Now we are home with Laundry to do.
{Here are pictures of our excursion}
Isaac & Sarah had a great time playing pretend together. They were so cute.
They were pretending he was the dad and she was the daughter.
It was fun to watch them talk to each other.

We spent some time at Lake Medina. The kids jumped
off the white cliffs into the warm water below. Isaac swam without his lifejacket, and I
was right by his side the whole time. He is getting to be a good little swimmer and was
brave diving off the cliffs.

Isaac G. took the boys on 4 wheeler rides. They LOVED it!

We finally got to meet Matthew. He is so sweet and cute!
Bonnie was so nice to let us stay a couple of days.

We HAD to stop at Texas Mini Houses
It was amazing. And yes, we looked inside every single display home!
There were 11!

The cute Guajardo family.

Isaac was hugging Owen and saying "OWEN your the best dog in the whole world." Thank
Goodness for the Murphey family for giving us that sweet little dog. It has made Isaac so happy. We sure love him!

SUMMER IS COMING TO AN END...
