HAMMERHEAD

Yesterday Penn & Luke wandered into the garage for just about 2 minutes leaving the door wide open- when I heard a scream and and "oh no!" . Penn had gotten a small hammer and had hit Luke right on the head. Oh, I could have ended him right then and there! He is SO NAUGHTY. BEYOND NAUGHTY. Fortunately he didn't hit him too hard because after a nice ice pack and a couple hours later the bump was pretty much gone. But I will tell you this- he KNEW that was WRONG because I let out a scream and PENN started to CRY. I sent him to his room immediately! I feel like I am always posting about terrible things that Penn does, but he really is a little Turd! I hate to compare kids, but Isaac NEVER EVER took his diaper off and pooped on the carpet, never dumped out huge boxes of cereal, never poured out lotion all over the carpet, and certainly never hit Penn with a hammer. I love Penn so much. But he really is FULL OF IT!!

I mean isn't it obvious that you don't hit people on the head with HAMMERS? I was so mad.

Sounds like your Penn and my Brielle would be quite a dangerous duo! You are wonderful and I am very impressed with your ability to successfully mother three active young boys!!

This is what it is all about. said...

One of the talks in conference last Sunday talked about been one of the fortunate ones that is blessed to have a child that requires parenting 505. Thing of it as a blessing. I have one of those children that requires the same amount of patients as taking a 505 class. I now have a different outlook on him as my child. Maybe this will help. I know how you are feeling.
