Those Two
For Valentines day I gave Bryan a photo collage that was filled with pictures of our kids and fun memories we have shared. It is now hanging in our breakfast nook. So this morning Isaac & I are sitting at the table along with Luke in Penns high chair - just talking about some of the pictures in the frame. There was a picture of Isaac when he was small and a baby picture of Luke. Isaac says to me- "Mom, me and Luke look like brothers... and then a long pause- he says... that is too bad about Penn... his face is just not very handsome... that is just bad news for him." I about burst out laughing. Was he serious? All I said after that was "Ah, come on Isaac!" Then he just laughed. Penn really is just as cute as a button!
SINNING PARTY
In other news, Maryan my neice was watching the Alma the younger living scripture dvd with Isaac- and it was the part where Alma the younger was being bad with his freinds, drinking wine and and so forth- Maryan said- "Hey, they are having a SINNING PARTY." And Isaac said- Yeah, they are wrecking churches and drinking grape juice and ... that is what sinning means!" Maryan is 5 and Isaac is 4 1/2. Those two are hilarious. The sinning party thing was just too funny- I mean, who thinks of that! Clever!

And last but not least...
Today Isaac & I were playing train station/pirate attack on the floor when Isaac said to me... "Mom look at my teeth... ( I look and say.. oh they look nice) They are spark- a- ling because I NEVER eat my BOOGERS."
Shark Jammies
We have a dresser in our room that holds all the childrens clothes and the bottom drawer is for Pajamas. This makes it easier to get them all dressed at the same time. Well, Isaac & I were wrapping up Bryans birthday presents in my room and I had to run out for a minute. I then left him unsupervised with scissors, tape, and wrapping paper for about 3 minutes. When I returned I saw him hurry and shut the bottom dresser drawer. We then wrapped all the presents and put them in our closet. After the baths later that night I pulled out Penn, Luke & Isaacs jammies to get them on- and I noticed that there were slashes in the sides of the pajamas and also the wrists of the sleeves had been cut. So I asked Isaac- what happened here? He responded that he wanted to "dress up like a shark at night" and that "now it looks like a VERY SCARY SHARK ATTACK!" What? Who is this little person?

Notice the Left side slits and the wrists- you can't see it very well but the cuts are pretty big- when he sits down they gape open.

You make me laugh. I feel silly laughing out loud at home alone! Isaac is something else!
I'm okay with book club ending as long as we replace it with sinning parties. Then we could really have some fun!
Oh my goodness - he is so funny! You are such a fabulous mommy, with such handsome boys (yes, especially Penn too!)
By the way, since I am awful and never responded to your question about my camera - it is a Nikon D60 and I love using it. It takes fantastic pictures without me really knowing what I am doing! I enjoy post processing too (in Adobe Photoshop elements and picnik.com), but one of these years I really need to learn the functions of the camera so I don't need to do sooo much post-processing. Hope that helped at all!
