before I forget

Because I am not perfect at keeping a journal, I keep a blog. I hear you can get them published you know... someday. Anywhoo- here are a few hilarious things Isaac said lately.

1. He was playing lemonade party with Maddie "the girl" he calls her- and said "maddie, us Mormons need to stick together."

2. Earlier in the week Bryan went to Lunch with Isaac at his school. Bryan had a power bar and Isaac wanted some. Bryan told Isaac he could have some after he ate his ham. He then stuffed all the ham in his mouth at the same time started chewing- then spit it out and exclaimed "dad, this ham is playing tricks on me, its VERY TRICKY HAM."

3. Last night I was tucking Isaac into bed- he said "Mom, you are my best girl- I love you and I think you should move your bed into my room so we can share a room. You can put your clothes in that side of the dresser."

4.  And last but not least, this weekend Isaac just about put his eye out fiddling with flinging rubber bands off the doll house roof (yes I know what your thinking- of course he is going to fling rubber bands off of it instead of play with it.) But anyway, a little while later- after he had iced it he said- "mom, my eye is getting better because even if I'm just a boy, i'm part of  a robot too."

I just had to write these cute little things down before I forget them. I can't believe he is approaching his 5th birthday! This little guy has grown up in the blink of an eye.
