Driving to the get new Yerba MATE! Bryan was like oh, it will be fun, and it took us 45 minutes to get to this special Argentinian bakery- He was good company though- keeping me laughing and telling stories of things he's read about lately.
Isaac participated in the summer reading program at the woodlands library. He earned his Deep in the Heart of Texas badge by reading 25 books this summer (of course we read more than that). He also got to see several programs put on by the library including a cowboy story teller, a musical instrument quartet, how music works, and several other programs and shows that were performed in the library.
Isaac & Luca picking Blackberries at Neils Farmers Market. Isaac picked 2 pounds of blackberries- and we came home and made freezer jam for us and a few neighbors. It was delicious- and Isaac absolutely loved seeing the chickens & roosters that wandered around the little farm. It was a beautiful and humid summer day:)
Summer 2009 was AWESOME and I know that NEXT SUMMER WILL BE EVEN BETTER BECAUSE I WILL NOT HAVE A BUDDA IN MY BELLY!
