This is baby Lukes "inspiration" for his new room. I am so excited to buy the paint this week. I am going to attempt to paint this mural of the tree. The crib we have is a dark cherry wood- and is beautiful- very similar to the crib shown here. Thanks to my big bro & Jackie for letting us borrow it for a season:). We are so very excited and now I am on the hunt for a nice cherry wood dresser to match the crib.
I just know it is going to turn out simple, beautiful, & definitely mod. I really like the feel of this nursery. I am planning on accenting with a few olive & navy throw pillows just to give the room a little color.
I can't wait to welcome our new little one home!
